About Quinton Hallett

ImageNoti poet Quinton Hallett is the author of three chapbooks, founder of Fern Rock Falls Press, and her work has appeared in journals and anthologies including: Windfall, hipfish, Dona Nobis Pacem, Tiger’s Eye, and Rattlesnake Review. She has won state and national awards and received residencies from Caldera and Soapstone. Active in the Oregon State Poetry Association, and currently on the Board, she is chair of the Eugene-Springfield Chapter, and through OSPA, co-coordinates a reading series in Springfield with Laura LeHew and poet visits to Crow High School with Deborah Narin-Wells. In July, 2009, Quinton led a workshop and read at the Rane and Taos Art Galleries with the Third Wave Poets in Taos, NM. Her new chapbook, "Refuge from Flux," was just released by from Finishing Line Press.
